A NIGHT TO REMEMBER

Dear Diary, 

As I sit on my studio desk and write, I realize how far I've come this year.
Back in February, I was still too afraid to perform and leave the house, but with the help of my friends, I made it to my first open mic in 3 years. I remember my whole body shaking and leaving the stage feeling disappointed because I didn't quite hit the notes. 

I spent this year learning to accept my flaws and “do the thing” anyway. We all gotta start somewhere, right? Changing my mindset has completely changed how I face my daily challenges, and I'm proud to let you know that in one week I'm having my first paid gig!
I didn't expect to sell as many tickets as I did, but I am incredibly honored to say that we have almost 40 RSVPs, and it's still one week to go! It's gonna be an incredible ending to an amazing year and I'm SO honored, that I'm starting a new tradition: every show, you get to collect a limited edition sticker and, if you're lucky, win a gift!

The fact that so many people want to show up and listen to my music, support my journey and heal with me is so exciting, I just want to make it the most special night. Every single time.
